Title
The core part of the faucet is the Ceramic Disc Cartridge. The valve core is the heart of the faucet, controlling the water flow switch, flow rate and mixing ratio of hot and cold water. The quality of the valve core determines the functional reliability and service life of the faucet.
The valve core of the faucet is divided into rubber valve core, roller valve core, ceramic valve core and stainless steel ball valve core according to the material. According to the use function, it is divided into three types: manual valve core, thermostatic valve core and magnetic induction valve core.
Most of the faucets using rubber cores are spiral-open cast iron faucets, which have been basically eliminated now; ceramic valve cores are a new generation of valve core materials with good sealing performance, stable physical properties, and long service life. They are generally required to be able to open and close 300,000 times. If it is opened and closed more than 30 times a day, it can be guaranteed for more than 20 years without dripping. Basically, the faucets sold on the market now are ceramic valve core faucets.
Ceramic valve cores are mainly available in five different diameters: 25mm, 35mm, 40mm, 42mm and 47mm. Famous ceramic valve core brands include Spain's SEDAL, Hungary's KEROX, Germany's FLUESH, Italy's Hydroplast, Japan's NTK, etc. The main thermostatic valve cores include France's Vernrt, etc., which are commonly used. Others include Kangqin, Mingzhan, Hanyou from Taiwan, Mingshi from Zhuhai, etc.
Copper faucets generally use Chrome-plated, titanium-plated Ti-PVD, antique bronze ORB, antique red bronze ORB, paint, porcelain, brushed nickel, etc. Stainless steel faucets can be divided into sanded, polished, etc.
